The following function definition categories are supported:ĮPLAN Electric P8 function definition category The data can be exchanged bi-directionally. EPLAN Electric P8 / EPLAN Pro Panel / EPLAN Fluid do not have to be installed on the same computer in this case.It is possible to exchange project data between EPLAN Harness proD and EPLAN Electric P8. If an *.hpdex file is imported from EPLAN Electric P8 into EPLAN Harness proD Studio, no license of the EPLAN software is needed. If Always use the selected license has been set in the Selection mode list, the last-used license is used without the prompt. The selected license is locked for the entire EPLAN Harness proD Studio session. License selection during import of project data from EPLAN Electric P8 / EPLAN Pro Panel For the schematics and layout space data import from EPLAN Platform the EPLAN Harness proD Extensions license is required. EPLAN Harness proD and either EPLAN Electric P8, EPLAN Pro Panel, or EPLAN Fluid must be installed on the same computer. The direct import of EPLAN Electric P8 and EPLAN Pro Panel project data into EPLAN Harness proD Studio uses the so-called API of the EPLAN Platform.
